Network Operations Center
Operate the STRATUM estate from a global view, inspect datacenter state and STRATUMops observations, then move directly into Mission Planner for local operations.
One operational view across STRATUM
The STRATUM Network Operations Center (NOC) is the global operations surface above the individual datacenter canvas. It brings datacenter location, health, runtime activity and STRATUMops observations into one view, then lets the operator open a selected datacenter directly in Mission Planner when deeper intervention is required.
A STRATUM datacenter can represent a fixed facility, cloud region, edge installation, mobile or floating platform, shipboard or undersea system, airborne platform, or orbital and satellite edge node. The NOC is designed to give those geographically and operationally different environments one common control surface when they participate in the STRATUM Continuum.
Find what needs attention
The Global Datacenters panel summarizes the estate by operational state. Online, Attention, Partial, Offline and Empty counts provide an immediate view of health, while Locked and Inter-DC Groups expose additional operational context. Datacenters without a conventional fixed placement can remain represented without inventing a geographic location.
Use the search field and state filters to narrow a large estate quickly. AUTO FOCUS keeps the globe centered around the current operational selection, while INTER-DC LINKS exposes shared Inter-Datacenter relationships when they are configured. These controls become increasingly valuable when the estate spans many regions, remote edge platforms or mobile infrastructure.
Inspect a datacenter before you enter it
Select a datacenter marker to open its detail panel. The panel combines node count, virtual machines, network count, active and running jobs, execution hosts in use, queued work, recovery state and recent failures with the datacenter's location metadata. From the same panel, use OPEN DATACENTER to move directly into the Mission Planner context, or use datacenter-level power controls when the requested operation applies to the entire site.
The STRATUMops observation area adds operational relationship data to that summary. Depending on available observations, it can expose supply chain logistics, runtime relationships, storage disks, snapshots, local-state workloads, templates and degraded systems. This gives the operator a fast way to understand whether a datacenter's condition is tied to workload state, placement, storage, dependencies or recent operational evidence before opening the full topology.
Operate from global to local without losing context
STRATUM environments can extend beyond the traditional datacenter boundary. The same operational model can cover central facilities, cloud capacity, remote laboratories and edge systems, including infrastructure in space, air, sea and undersea environments. NOC provides the global layer for that model, while Mission Planner provides the detailed topology and control plane inside each selected datacenter.
The operator can therefore move from an estate-wide view to one datacenter, one workload or one relationship without rebuilding context in a different management product. Geographic placement, runtime status, jobs, STRATUMops evidence and topology remain part of the same operational system.
