Configure the directory endpoint and bind settings, define the search scope, then map directory attributes into the identity fields STRATUM uses. Use values from the target Active Directory environment rather than copying example domain names or paths.
Authentication proves the external identity. STRATUM authorization still determines what that user can do, so complete the Users, Groups & Roles configuration after the provider is working.

Active Directory Directory Search
Set the directory search base and search settings so STRATUM can find the intended user/group scope without searching unrelated directory branches.
Active Directory Connection
Configure the Active Directory server connection and bind settings for the target directory. Verify the endpoint and trust settings before saving.
