Versioning, Lineage & Portability

STRATUM keeps revisions, lineage, topology, and relationships attached to the objects they describe so a workload or datacenter can be reproduced and moved as a system rather than as disconnected files.

Templates and images are revised rather than silently overwritten. History and lineage let operators identify which version was used and how a reusable artifact was derived.
