Validate the Deployment
Watch pods, verify PVC binding, inspect logs, and test the STRATUM web endpoint.
Watch, do not guess
Watch pods in wide output while the release converges. Confirm the controller is Running, the persistence claim is Bound, and worker pods appear only for the roles you enabled.
Read startup logs
Follow the STRATUM container log during the first start. The goal is to preserve enough evidence to identify whether a failure belongs to image pull, security policy, persistence, host access, enrollment, or STRATUM startup itself.
Test the endpoint
Once the controller is healthy, test the configured web endpoint. Self-signed certificate mode will produce a certificate warning by design until a trusted certificate is configured.
