Deploy the STRATUM Controller with Helm

Lint the chart and render the controller values locally. Check the rendered image reference, service account, persistence, host-access settings, and device mounts before the first install.

Install only the controller for the first pass. This isolates registry, security-context, persistence, certificate, and service problems before worker networking/device access is introduced.

For initial bring-up, keep failed resources available for inspection. A failed pod, StatefulSet, PVC, or event stream is more useful than an automatic rollback that erases the first-failure state.

Replace example node, registry, namespace, and endpoint values with the values for the target environment.

The controller pod reaches Running, its persistent volume is Bound, startup logs are clean enough to proceed, and the controller endpoint is reachable.
