Export an entire datacenter as a portable package and import it elsewhere.

Move the datacenter as a package
Datacenter export packages the datacenter definition with its topology and relationships so the environment can be moved, backed up, or imported elsewhere as a coherent unit.
Use Arsenal and lineage controls for versioned workload content; use the datacenter package when the object being moved is the datacenter and its wiring rather than a single VM image.
